About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team in a support role within the Facilities Management Directorate.

This position involves working closely with the Director and a supportive team to provide vital support across property management and the University's unique art collection.

You will take ownership of administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly while contributing to exciting projects across the University.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director and team, including diary management, correspondence, event coordination, and client service.
