Are you looking for a role that allows you to utilise your technical skills and provide excellent customer service? As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing dental equipment across Sydney Metro and Regional NSW. You will work closely with customers to deliver high-quality service and technical support, while also collaborating with sales teams to promote service offerings.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and hands-on individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.   • Install, calibrate, maintain and repair dental equipment on-site and in-house
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and technical support to both internal teams and external clients
  • Collaborate with sales teams to promote service offerings such as preventive maintenance
  • Manage service reporting, inventory and invoicing via our CRM and PDA system
  • Maintain company-supplied tools, vehicle and equipment to professional standards
  • Contribute to a safe work environment by following OHS procedures and proactively reporting risks
Requirements
  • Certificate or qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanics or Appliance Repair
  • Electrical Licence (Full or Restricted) - advantageous but not essential
  • Radiation Safety Licence - advantageous but not essential
  • Previous experience in a field service, appliance repair or technical support role
  • Sound troubleshooting and maintenance skills
  • Valid driver's licence and unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Willingness to work in a role that is physically demanding
