Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of dental equipment on-site and in-house.
  • Delivering high-quality customer service and technical support to internal teams and external clients.
  • Collaboration with sales teams and promotion of service offerings such as preventive maintenance.
  • Accurate management of service reporting, inventory, and invoicing via our CRM and PDA system.
  • Maintenance of company-supplied tools, vehicle, and equipment to professional standards.
  • Contribution to a safe work environment by following OHS procedures and proactive risk reporting.
  • Regular travel throughout Sydney Metro and Regional NSW with overnight travel as required.
