Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Dental Equipment Technician.

This role involves installing, calibrating, maintaining and repairing advanced dental equipment on-site and in-house. You will deliver high-quality customer service and technical support to internal teams and external clients.

  • You will be responsible for promoting service offerings such as preventive maintenance and collaborating with sales teams.
  • Accurate management of service reporting, inventory and invoicing via our CRM system is also required.
  • Maintenance of company-supplied tools, vehicle and equipment to professional standards is essential.
  • You will contribute to a safe work environment by following OHS procedures and proactively reporting risks.
  • Travel throughout Sydney Metro and Regional NSW may be required.

To succeed in this role, you must be proactive, personable and enjoy working autonomously in the field. You should take pride in delivering reliable expert service and enjoy building lasting customer relationships.
