SureSmile Technical Support Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support for our SureSmile Software.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance on case planning, software navigation, and related processes via email and telephone.
  • Managing all order- and software-related queries from customers.
  • Solving technical issues and escalating them when necessary.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide timely and effective support. Your duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Documenting customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support and/or technical support.
  • Dental knowledge and/or experience, preferably in Orthodontics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
