Service Technician Role

To deliver exceptional dental equipment maintenance and repair services, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical service team, you will be responsible for installing, calibrating, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of dental equipment on-site and in-house.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair dental equipment with precision and accuracy.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and technical support to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to promote service offerings such as preventive maintenance.
  • Manage service reporting, inventory, and invoicing through our CRM and PDA system.
  • Maintain company-supplied tools, vehicle, and equipment to professional standards.
  • Contribute to a safe work environment by following OHS procedures and proactively reporting risks.
  • Travel regularly throughout Sydney Metro and Regional NSW (with overnight travel as required).

Requirements:

  • Certificate or qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanics, or Appliance Repair.
  • Electrical Licence (Full or Restricted) – advantageous but not essential.
  • Radiation Safety Licence – advantageous but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a field service, appliance repair, or technical support role.
  • Sound troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
  • Valid driver's licence and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Willingness to work in a role that is physically demanding.
  • Ability to qualify for a Restricted Electrical Licence – support provided.
