The Women's Economic Outcomes Team at NSW Treasury is responsible for embedding gender equality and economic empowerment across the state. Key responsibilities include:

  • Economic Analysis: Provide social policy and economic advice to enhance women's economic outcomes and gender equality.
  • Research Expertise: Conduct research that critically assesses economic and financial data.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team of professionals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

As a Director of Women's Economic Development, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving the delivery of outcomes across the NSW Government through effective communication, collaboration, and advocacy.
