Key Role: Senior Sales Director

This is a highly demanding and challenging role, requiring leadership expertise to drive sales growth and expand revenue streams. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with the company's broader vision, while driving innovation and refining business practices.

About the Role:
  • Owning the development and implementation of strategy for sales, inline with broader company strategy
  • Collaborating with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives
  • Planning, personnel, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods
  • Directing and controlling the activities of own area of business, sometimes through managers within the team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of business and technology strategies in SaaS
  • Strong strategic background, with an ability to grasp the big picture
  • Broad technical knowledge
  • High level understanding of unique business requirements of organisation
  • Knowledge of finance management practices, with a clear understanding of relationship between costs, utilisation and project revenue
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong sales and business development background
  • Leadership experience in sales or related team
  • Experience leading major bids teams
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in enterprise software field
  • 10+ years of General Management experience in senior commercial, IT or SaaS environment
