Strategic Business Growth Leader Defence

This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead business development initiatives and drive growth in the Defence environment. As a key player, you will be responsible for pioneering business development activities and initiatives to achieve business growth in the Defence Fuels Network.
The RoleThis strategic role involves developing and executing business development activities associated with estate works and other Defence infrastructure programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading bid teams to ensure deadlines are met and opportunities progressed to submission with strong probability of success.
- Preparing business professionals and support contract negotiations for allocated key captures when down-selected.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Business Development or Operational experience in Defence or Defence related field.
- A degree or diploma in an engineering or related Marketing/Management discipline.
- Highly developed communication skills, strong negotiation and influencing skills, and ability to establish effective relationships at different levels internally and externally.
