Job Title: Strategic Business Leader

We are seeking a senior professional to lead our Transformation Practice's Defence team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing advice and support to help our Defence clients achieve their goals.

As a strategic business leader, you will drive business growth through strong client relationships and performance.

  • Develop and execute long-term business plans.
  • Mentor and develop team members for leadership roles.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Requirements

Candidates at different stages of their consulting career, from Associate through to Director.

Australian Citizenship and willingness to undertake Baseline (or preferably NV1) clearance to support work with Defence.

We work across elements including enterprise architecture, design, build, testing, and automation of technology solutions.
