Your Key Responsibilities

  • Grow, mentor and develop a high-performing team of digital engineers and consultants.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the defence and national security landscape.
  • Oversee the delivery of complex digital engineering projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in technology strategy, architecture, with a strong focus on defence and national security.
  • Leadership skills and proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale projects.
  • Deep understanding of digital engineering principles, cloud architectures, and technologies relevant to defence and national security.
  • Security clearance: Must hold a Top Secret Positive vetted security clearance as required by market sector.
