We're seeking an experienced and innovative individual to join our People and Culture team as our Global People Experience Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional people experience across all our regions, whether they're based in an office, remote, or hybrid. Your role will be to create and implement a global people experience strategy, developing innovative initiatives to build an engaging workplace for all our Kasadians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a successful global people experience strategy
  • Create and implement innovative team engagement and culture initiatives
  • Contribute to our wellbeing strategy, focusing on mental, physical, and social pillars
  • Deliver people experience communications across the business
  • Plan and execute employee events, including travel arrangements
  • Manage employee swag and support People & Culture processes
  • Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new employees
  • Champion a diverse and inclusive environment, regardless of employee location
  • Ensure all offices and remote teams have a great working environment
  • Manage vendors and facilities-related matters

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in managing facilities and creating a positive people experience
  • A true culture promoter, passionate about creating engaging events and experiences
  • A strong understanding of culture, wellbeing, and engagement, preferably in a tech environment
  • A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach, with a growth mindset
  • Experience in coordinating high-energy team events and programs
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
