The Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences. As our Global People Experience Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive people experience strategy that drives engagement, wellbeing, and cultural growth across our global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a global people experience strategy that aligns with our company values and goals
  • Develop and implement innovative team engagement and culture initiatives that foster a sense of community and belonging
  • Contribute to our wellbeing strategy, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for all employees
  • Communicate people experience initiatives and updates across the business
  • Plan and execute employee events, including travel arrangements and logistics
  • Manage employee swag and ensure a consistent brand experience
  • Support People and Culture processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new employees
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting a culture of respect and belonging
  • Ensure all offices and remote workspaces are equipped to provide a great working environment
  • Manage vendors and facilities-related matters
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in managing facilities and creating a positive work environment
  • A passion for culture promotion and creating engaging experiences
  • Strong understanding of culture, wellbeing, and engagement, preferably in a tech or similar environment
  • Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach, with a growth mindset
  • Experience in coordinating high-energy team events and programs
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
