The role our Talent Team plays in Wisetech:

Our high-performing Talent Team plays a vital role in hiring top-class talent on a global scale. As a trusted partner to our hiring leaders, you will build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs, drive niche recruitment strategies, foster an exceptional candidate experience, and ultimately align hiring outcomes with our overall business goals.

To be a successful Talent Partner at Wisetech, you will have:

  • 5+ years of full lifecycle technical recruitment experience in a high-volume, tech-focused environment
  • Experience in an in-house recruitment environment
  • Proven experience crafting Boolean search strings, particularly for sourcing candidates in niche markets using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Experience collaborating closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand hiring needs, align sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates
  • Experience identifying trends and insights from conversations to make data-driven recommendations for improvements
  • Detail-oriented approach to identify only the very best talent
  • Strong organizational skills to manage candidate pipelines
  • Experience recruiting in Finance and Product beneficial
