Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business within the allied healthcare market, focusing on counselling, social work, and other allied health sectors.

Your primary goal will be to increase our client base and strategically grow our business across Australia. To achieve this, you will need to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with key business metrics to increase allied health relationships and profitability.

You will also be responsible for expanding the territory client base and regional book of business to achieve annual targets. This will involve formulating an effective customer call strategy to maximize opportunities within the territory, utilizing the Customer Relationship Management tool.

In addition, you will need to maintain in-depth knowledge of our full line of products (educational programs) and service offerings (student placement) to match business strengths to client needs. You will travel within the designated territory as required to assess prospects and connect with customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to manage and retain relationships with existing clients and facilitate the transition of new client connections to the account specialist for ongoing interactions. You will also collaborate with our in-house healthcare team in drafting and reviewing client contracts.

Furthermore, you will conduct market research for business and partnership opportunities and produce reports on territory successes and areas for development. You will constantly review sales activities, targets, and strategies to maximize results.
