Regional Channel Development Manager
">Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Regional Channel Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing regional channel partner ecosystems.
">- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional channel strategies to identify, recruit, onboard, and activate new partners aligned with our business objectives in Australia and New Zealand.
- Manage and grow existing partner relationships, ensuring mutual business growth and long-term collaboration.
- Close deals through partners within the ANZ geography by working closely with partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with existing sales teams, marketing, product, and technical teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market (GTM) plans.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions to secure favorable partnership agreements.
- Monitor partner performance, conduct regular business reviews, and provide actionable insights to optimize partnership outcomes.
- Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in cybersecurity and related sectors within ANZ.
- Represent us at industry events, conferences, and partner forums to enhance brand presence and network within the partner ecosystem.
- Provide strategic input to internal stakeholders on partner-related opportunities and risks.
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment between our organization and its partners to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses the following qualities:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in partner management, business development, or alliance management, in cybersecurity sectors.
- Strong understanding of the ANZ market dynamics, key industries, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Willingness to travel within the ANZ region as required.
