
Regional Channel Manager

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills who can identify new partnership opportunities, nurture existing alliances, close deals through partners, and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and the ANZ market, with a proven track record in partner management and commercial growth.
What You'll Do At CYBLE : Develop and execute partner strategies to identify, recruit, onboard, and activate new partners aligned with Cyble's objectives in ANZ.
Manage and grow existing partner relationships for mutual business growth and long-term collaboration.
Close deals through partners within ANZ by working closely with them to drive sales and revenue.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to develop effective go-to-market plans.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions to secure favorable agreements.
Monitor partner performance, conduct reviews, and optimize outcomes.
Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and the cybersecurity landscape in ANZ.
Represent Cyble at industry events and partner forums to enhance brand presence.
Provide strategic input on partner opportunities and risks.
Ensure effective communication and alignment with partners for seamless collaboration.
What You'll Need :5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or alliance management in cybersecurity.
Strong understanding of ANZ market dynamics, key industries, and regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships that drive revenue.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business outcomes.
Willingness to travel within ANZ.
Preferred Qualifications : Experience with channel partners, MSSPs, or cybersecurity resellers in ANZ.
Knowledge of cybersecurity products and threat intelligence.
Understanding of cyber regulations or compliance frameworks relevant to ANZ.
