Partner Managerwill be responsible for developing (prime responsibility), managing, and expanding Cyble's partner (MSSPs/Distributor/Cybersecurity reseller) ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills who can identify new partnership opportunities, nurture existing alliances, close deals through partners, and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and the ANZ market, with a proven track record in partner management and commercial growth.
What You\'ll Do At Cyble
Develop and execute partner strategiesto identify, recruit, onboard, and activate new partners aligned with Cyble's business objectives in ANZ.
Manage and grow existing partner relationships, ensuring mutual business growth and long-term collaboration.
Close deals through partnerswithin the ANZ geography by working closely with partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with existing sales team, marketing, product, and technical teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market (GTM) plans.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussionsto secure favorable partnership agreements.
Monitor partner performance, conduct regular business reviews, and provide actionable insights to optimize partnership outcomes.
Stay informedon market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in cybersecurity and related sectors within ANZ.
Represent Cybleat industry events, conferences, and partner forums to enhance brand presence and network within the partner ecosystem.
Provide strategic inputto internal stakeholders on partner-related opportunities and risks.
Facilitate effective communicationand alignment between Cyble and its partners to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
What You'll Need
Proven experience (5+ years) in partner management, business development, or alliance management, in cybersecurity sectors.
Strong understanding of the ANZ market dynamics, key industries, and regulatory environment.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
Willingness to travel within the ANZ region as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with channel partners, MSSPs, or Cybersecurity resellers in ANZ.
Familiarity with cybersecurity products, threat intelligence, or digital risk management solutions.
Knowledge of cyber regulations or compliance frameworks relevant to ANZ is a plus.
