Executive Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our executive team as an administrator. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and preparing correspondence and reports.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing exceptional administrative support to the executive team\
  • Managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment\
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders\
  • Preparing high-quality correspondence, reports and presentations\
  • Coordinating meetings, events and travel arrangements\
  • Managing databases and spreadsheets to track information and statistics

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven organisational and time management skills\
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment\
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality\
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
