Senior Administrator for Strategic Planning
  • Key Responsibilities:

This exciting opportunity is to provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Planning. We are seeking a proactive and driven individual who can lead, influence and create impactful reports, briefings and presentations that shape policy and progress.

  • Main Tasks:
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports, briefings and presentations to inform decision-making and drive business improvements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and promote innovation.
  • Manage projects that contribute to the strategic direction of the Directorate, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Director, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements and maintaining records.
  • Requirements:
  • A degree or diploma in business administration (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives – ideally in local government.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A passion for innovation, technology and change.
  • A knack for problem-solving and driving business improvements.
