Job Title: Financial Leader - Strategic GrowthWe are seeking an experienced professional to partner with our leadership team and drive our financial strategy forward.Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives. This includes leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic decision-making.

Additionally, the candidate will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. They will also monitor key financial metrics and provide timely insights to executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and developing high-performing teams. They will possess a strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Professional accounting qualification CA ANZ or CPA Australia (or internationally recognized equivalent)
  • 15+ years of managing Finance teams, experience with a globally distributed team is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  6. Support Banyan's highly acquisitive APAC M&A execution, including feedback on structuring and valuation.
  7. Provide leadership and mentorship to the growing local and international finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
