Compensation Package

We offer an attractive compensation package, which includes a competitive salary of $97,377.80 – $101,787.92. Additionally, you can benefit from relocation assistance, education grants through NT PHN, and various other perks that come with working for us.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide professional counselling services to individuals, couples, families, and children, maintaining confidentiality and upholding data integrity within our Client Information System.
  • Co-facilitate relationship education courses as required, serving RA-NT clients and contributing to their growth and development.
  • Support referrals when collaborating with other community agencies and service providers, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across RA-NT's services, fostering a cohesive and supportive work environment.
  • Promote RA-NT's services through professional networking opportunities, highlighting the value of our initiatives and advocating for the communities we serve.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a relevant field, complemented by relevant membership in a professional association.
  • Demonstrated experience in counselling, group work, and assisting individuals, couples, families, and children across various issues, showcasing your expertise and adaptability.
  • Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, reflecting your ability to connect with and understand the complexities of different communities.
  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills, accompanied by good administrative abilities and record-keeping practices.
  • Current Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, First Aid Certificate, and NT Driver's Licence, ensuring compliance with necessary standards.
