You'll take ownership of critical transformation projects that redefine how we work. You will work with cross-functional teams, driving initiatives that improve business efficiency, optimise processes, and enable the delivery of innovative solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Your responsibilities will include leading change and improvement projects in clinical and operational areas, managing project governance, and reporting on risks to ensure successful delivery.

We're looking for someone to help develop a streamlined PMO reporting structure that provides clear insights for stakeholders and mentor teams to identify skills or capacity gaps, and recommend solutions to ensure projects are delivered on time and smoothly integrated into daily operations.
