Job Overview:

The Advice Transformation Lead plays a pivotal role in spearheading strategically critical operating model and workforce change management initiatives within a dynamic media environment.

This key position ensures that all projects are grounded in a consumer-centric approach, fostering high-performance culture and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the execution of leader-led operating model change programs aligned with high-performance and consumer-first principles.
  • Partner with Workstream Leads (TMO) and Senior leaders across media, production, and commercial teams to facilitate transformational workforce change.
  • Establish effective relationships with People Business Partners to ensure org designs and change management plans are rooted in practicality.
  • Lead a team of Org Design & Workforce Change Specialists to deliver impactful, pragmatic, and consistent change outcomes.
  • Co-design and implement a People Transformation Playbook tailored to the media industry's unique needs.
  • Monitor progress across people workstreams, escalate critical dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Facilitate leadership engagement and communications to build momentum and adoption of key initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in organisation design, change management, or HR leadership roles, preferably in media, entertainment, or creative industries.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing senior leaders in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working in matrix environments and coordinating across multiple business units and production teams.
  • Hands-on experience in building and applying transformation toolkits and playbooks.
  • Ability to balance long-term vision with pragmatic, outcomes-focused delivery.
