Job Title

A Transformation Program Lead is required to drive change across our organisation.

This role is pivotal in delivering strategic transformation for our clients. The Transformation Program Lead will be responsible for leading complex, company-wide programs and projects, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, delivery, and implementation of transformation programs and projects.
  • Provide senior leadership and strategic advice to ensure program success.
  • Drive performance improvements and optimise programs.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to share information, manage dependencies, and reduce risks.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex strategic programs, working with relevant teams.
  • Ensure programs meet business requirements.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, or consulting, including design and delivery of business process outsourcing (offshoring) programs.
  • Extensive experience leading transformation programs or projects in complex organisations.
  • Proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, guiding teams through change.
  • Deep knowledge of people-focused programs.
  • Experience managing high-profile programs with significant stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong background in large, matrixed organisations.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, commerce, or related field.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or change management preferred.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
