This role plays a key part in driving change within our organization by managing the implementation of our digital customer service platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the regional roadmap for the platform and driving change management activities to ensure that regional strategic priorities are met.

The Regional Implementation Manager coordinates between regional and global teams to ensure strategic alignment, executes the regional vision, represents regional requirements, and drives process changes. They develop and execute change management plans, align regional strategies with enterprise goals, and support global platform capabilities.
