Senior Strategic Change Manager

Lead meaningful change initiatives with a national mental health organisation.
This opportunity will see you lead and deliver strategic communication plans for business and technology projects.
You will develop and implement effective change management strategies, engage stakeholders, support leadership sponsorship, and contribute to building organisational readiness while embedding best-practice methodologies and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Design and implement change management strategies that align with project objectives.
- Integrate change activities into project plans and timelines, working closely with program and project managers.
- Conduct stakeholder and impact assessments.
- Develop targeted communication plans.
- Build relationships across internal teams.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications and/or certification in Change Management (e.g. PROSCI).
- Demonstrated experience managing complex business and/or technology initiatives.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create clear messaging.
