Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end change management activities across strategic and operational initiatives. This will involve working closely with stakeholders at all levels to develop and implement change strategies aligned with industry best practices.

  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to inform planning

You will also be responsible for creating and managing detailed change plans, designing and delivering targeted communication and engagement plans, and leading stakeholder mapping and ongoing communication.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications and Project/Change Management or equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years of experience delivering change initiatives in a project or program environment
  • Proven success in complex, matrixed organisations with diverse stakeholder groups
