The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Claims Consultant to join our Pet Health Claims Team. As a Claims Consultant, you'll be responsible for supporting our customers and Claims Assessors through the effective triaging and lodging of incoming Pet Health Insurance claims. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Entering claims accurately with a high attention to detail
  • Responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate updates, and delivering excellent customer service
  • Obtaining complete and accurate information regarding circumstances surrounding submitted claims
  • Liaising with our claim assessors and external Veterinary Clinic or Hospital staff as required
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer complaints and resolving these through listening and transferring to the appropriate claim assessor

You'll need to possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and be highly adaptable with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
