The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Claims Consultant to join our Pet Health Insurance team. As a Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our customers and Claims Assessors through the effective triaging and lodging of incoming Pet Health Insurance claims.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Claims Processing: Enter claims accurately with a high attention to detail, ensuring all necessary information is captured.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate updates and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Information Gathering: Obtain complete and accurate information regarding circumstances surrounding submitted claims.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with our claim assessors, and external Veterinary Clinic or Hospital staff as required.
  • Complaint Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints and resolve these through listening and transferring to the appropriate claim assessor.
