Administrative Operations Coordinator

Port Macquarie Hastings Council is seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our Utilities Operations team. This role is based at Clearwater Centre, Port Macquarie.
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reception desk and providing administrative support to the wider operational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings and functions, managing bookings, and facilitating effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of $47,618 per annum (exclusive of super) salary package, offering opportunities for career progression
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- High attention to detail
- Organised and proactive approach to work
