An exciting opportunity for a Customer Solutions and Business Development Professional to join our growing team in Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Develop end-to-end transport solutions to support customer requirements and drive business growth.
- Responsible for providing commercial analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance customer supply chains and drive business results.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform business decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Commercial and/or financial qualifications desired, such as a degree in business or finance.
- Demonstrated experience in report preparation, written correspondence, and data analysis.
- Ability to interpret operational information and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Professional, positive, and proactive attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
