Facilities Manager

The Facility Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring a safe and operational environment for customers and business operations. This position requires strong contract management skills, a solution-focused mindset, and excellent communication skills to deliver set tasks with urgency.
Responsibilities include managing facility services through direct suppliers, following up on quality of services delivered, supporting internal audits and annual reviews, and contributing to strategic planning activities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of facilities related services, passionate about delivering reliable and efficient services, and able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Facilities Management FM services through direct suppliers.
- Follow up on quality of services delivered by suppliers.
- Support internal FM related audits and annual reviews.
- Contribute to budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Experience in FM related services.
- Strong contract management skills.
