The Facility Management Expert plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by managing facility management services, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement.

This position is responsible for managing facilities management FM services through direct suppliers, ensuring safety and compliance. The successful candidate will maintain high-quality service delivery through close working relationships and monitoring platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing facilities management FM services through direct suppliers, ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Maintaining high-quality service delivery through close working relationships and monitoring platforms.
  • Supporting internal audits, annual reviews, and budgeting activities.
  • Assisting in controlling operational costs, including reducing utilities spend and reviewing suppliers' invoices.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and national legislation, as well as internal rules and requirements.
  • Providing subject matter expertise and technical support in daily operations and projects.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in all aspects of FM related services, with a passion for delivering reliable and efficient services.
  • Strong contract management skills and a solution-focused mindset to resolve FM related issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.
  • Autonomy, initiative, and excellent organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and FM software platforms.
