Sports Facility Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Park Manager to lead our sports and recreation facility.
- Manage a team of staff across multiple departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain high standards of safety, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
- Oversee café operations including stock control, food safety, and customer service excellence.
- E nsure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a management role within hospitality, leisure, entertainment, or recreation industries. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams are essential.
