**Service Delivery Specialist Role**
The Service Delivery Specialist is accountable for delivering high-quality support and services to clients.
This role works collaboratively with experienced teams, leveraging diverse service offerings and resources to design and develop personalized supports that enable clients to achieve their goals, maintain independence, and connect with their community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering services to ensure optimal access, support, and response.
- Building strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective personalized support.
- Contribution to innovation and continuous improvement to ensure our services are contemporary and competitive.
- Leading and coordinating support and direction to team members, seeking and providing feedback on performance and expectations.
- Maintaining client records and reviewing funding to ensure optimal referral and service opportunities.
A dynamic role that acts as a conduit between clients and our service delivery and business teams. The Service Delivery Specialist focuses on delivering services in alignment with client requirements and relevant funding.
