About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven and passionate Client Style Expert who thrives in luxury or premium retail, has a flair for styling, and is dedicated to building long-term client relationships.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized styling and exceptional service to every client.
- Achieve sales and service performance metrics including sales, UPT, and average transaction values.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through clienteling and CRM systems.
- Assist with boutique operations including stock management, online orders, and loss prevention.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and presentation in line with our expectations.
- Support management with client engagement strategies and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Possesses a genuine love for fashion, unique style, and creativity.
- Holds a degree in fashion or similar education to support in-depth styling and design conversations.
- Has strong retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
- Has previous exposure to garment construction, styling, or modeling.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of achieving sales and service targets.
- Possesses excellent communication skills to engage clients across all demographics.
- Is ambitious to build a long-term career, with a desire for growth and development opportunities.
