Job Title: Client Support Expert
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide top-notch support to our clients in Australia and New Zealand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing parts assistance, including requirements identification, interpretation, and order management.
- Acting as a focal point for all parts inquiries, following up with clients and company personnel as required.
- Liaising with other departments locally and overseas to resolve client concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries within service levels and maintain ownership until successful resolution.
- Source VOR back-ordered parts from suppliers locally and internationally, ensuring average lead times are less than 8 days.
- Monitor back orders and advise clients of delays greater than 14 days for Daily and 63 days for Stock orders.
Requirements:
- Tertiary study in Agriculture, Engineering, Automotive or Technician Certificate preferred but not required.
- Parts interpretation experience in an agricultural industry or parts distribution business is an advantage.
- Previous customer service/sales experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
