Job Title: Client Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Client Solutions Expert. This position requires delivering exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
  • Manage Exchange, Office 365, SQL Server, and Intune environments.
  • Utilize RMM/PSA tools (Datto RMM, AutoTask) for monitoring, proactive maintenance, and ticket resolution.
  • Implement endpoint security, compliance, and patch management strategies.
  • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, VBS, and SQL.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in systems or infrastructure engineering is required.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft environments, including AD, Azure AD, O365, and Intune.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Dell EMC, Nutanix, and Veeam is preferred.
  • Experience with RMM/PA tools (Datto RMM, AutoTask) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell is essential.
