We are seeking a Client Experience Expert to create unique experiences for our clients.

About the Role
  • Create personalized experiences using a ritual that combines commercial acumen with client satisfaction.
  • Proactively engage with clients through events and partnerships.
  • Offer tailored skincare and makeup consultations, as well as professional treatments.

This is a mobile role that requires travel. To succeed in this position, you must be energized by providing exceptional client experiences and utilizing your knowledge of skin and skincare.

Requirements
  • Beauty Therapy qualifications with a passion for skin and facial massage.
  • Customer Service experience in retail or salon environments, combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work across a roster that supports business hours and adapt to busy periods.
