Senior Client Onboarding Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team as a Senior Client Onboarding Expert. This key role will see you partnering with the investments and client services teams to drive accurate reporting and exceptional performance for all key stakeholders.
About the Role:
- Handle investor communications including performance reporting, investor updates, and responding to client queries;
- Prepare and review accurate performance reports for all relevant stakeholders.
- Support and lead junior colleagues on the team;
- Assist in the automation and implementation of data management and CRM systems;
- Ensure process and risk management and compliance obligations within client services are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient processes for onboarding new clients;
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including investment managers and client service teams;
- Collaborate with the business to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to drive growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Tertiary qualifications in Economics/Finance/Commerce;
- At least 2 years of experience in investment operations and client services from a funds management background;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail required.
