This includes collaborating with various stakeholders to leverage advanced analytics, generate actionable insights, and inform business decisions.
Main Responsibilities:- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that align with both the Reward strategy and broader business objectives.
- Support the delivery of a range of reward programs, including key annual initiatives.
- Collaborate with People & Culture and business stakeholders to develop and implement reward strategies.
- Apply advanced analytics to generate actionable insights and inform business decisions.
- 4+ years' experience in remuneration and reward practices, with exposure to global frameworks being highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical and data skills, including proficiency in visualization platforms and advanced MS Excel capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and engage diverse audiences.
- Innovative problem solver with a keen ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
