Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Aviation Security Site Supervisor to join our team at our Mascot, Sydney site. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of onsite employees, ensuring compliance with aviation security processes, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead and manage onsite guards, fostering a high-performing team and ensuring top-notch security services.
- Service Quality and Client Relations: Strengthen service delivery partnerships and address customer complaints promptly to maintain high standards.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee staff rosters, assist in recruitment and induction, and ensure compliance with all aviation security processes and quality assurance measures.
- Reporting: Maintain focus on asset protection while using appropriate communication methods to report incidents and issues.
Requirements
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
- NSW Security Licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol screening
- Ability to obtain an ASIC Clearance (funded by MSS Security)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- High standards of professionalism and integrity
