About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive growth and execute strategies through partnerships with distributors and wholesalers. You will be responsible for expanding market share, boosting visibility, and cementing our position in the retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely submissions and distributor compliance (100% on time, >95% compliance).
  • Build relationships with key distributor reps and MSO buyers; gather insights to inform strategy.
  • Coordinate logistics and point of sale for in-store events or sampling activations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Analyze data to identify gaps or inefficiencies in distributor performance and propose improvements.
  • Proactively follow up with distributors for pricing updates or order submissions to maintain flow.
  • Support event logistics or prepare presentations for category reviews.
  • Manage multiple banners and prioritize tasks to maximize impact.
  • Keep documentation and retailer assets up-to-date for seamless execution.
Qualifications and Profile

Utilize your customer experience to shape strategy through local market insights and tactics. You should be a planning expert, organized, and able to identify issues and propose solutions to improve sales performance. You'll excel at building and nurturing distributor and cross-team relationships, acting as a reliable point of contact with care and responsiveness. You are a self-starter who prioritizes tasks, a CRM and promotion trade execution expert, and comfortable with sales reporting and data accuracy.
