Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering development programs, events, and cyclical processes.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to measure program effectiveness and demonstrate business impact.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and Excel reporting.
