Strategic Learning and Capability Development Specialist

This role plays a critical part in developing strategic capability and learning initiatives. You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Capability Leads, and stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps, evaluate needs, and establish metrics for impactful learning pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop digital learning frameworks, including e-learning systems and module creation, to deliver engaging learner experiences.
- Simplify complex technical learning systems into business-focused language to enhance understanding across the organisation.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align on best practices and optimize learning efforts.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to support a continuous learning culture that aligns with customer experience objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold tertiary qualifications in a science or healthcare-related field.
- Have completed the Medicines Australia Continuing Education Program or equivalent.
- Demonstrate understanding of adult learning principles and experience implementing the 70/20/10 learning model.
Working Arrangements:
- This role requires flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time.
