You will manage daily tasks that enhance system functionality, meet customer expectations, and optimize business outcomes, all while working closely with your team and various stakeholders.

About You
  • Proven experience in administering and supporting SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Learning and Performance modules, and knowledge of PageUp within People & Culture Systems or Technology teams.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting HR systems, including managing user queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and facilitating system enhancements within a complex organizational environment.
  • Ability to create and update system processes, procedures, and support documentation for all human capital system changes.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
