We are seeking a seasoned Learning Development Expert to drive our learning and development function. This pivotal role fosters a culture of continuous learning and growth, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Manage learning resources, including online modules, workshops, and training materials.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously seek ways to improve our learning initiatives.
  • Identify growth areas, establish development plans and coordinate pathways for career development.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience in L&D or Organisational Development, Valid RSA & RCG Competency Card, Formal qualifications related to the key position accountabilities and capabilities, Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, Demonstrate behaviours which are in line with the company's core and culture values, Excellent organisational skills, Ability to travel between multiple work locations, A passionate L&D professional with experience in designing and delivering training programs, Skilled in creating engaging learning materials and resources, A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, Broad knowledge of hospitality or service industry highly regarded.
