Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Learning Expert to lead our learning function. This key role involves designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning experiences that drive capability building and performance enhancement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for learning programs and events to ensure seamless execution and exceptional participant experience.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure venues, schedule presenters, and arrange support services.
  • Manage participant registration and oversee pre- and post-program communications.
  • Evaluate and enhance program materials to guarantee quality standards.
  • Lead key learning initiatives such as master programs, including planning, stakeholder engagement, timeline management, and delivery oversight.
  • Act as primary point of contact for learning inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams and vendors to facilitate program delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Administer learning systems across multiple platforms, including session setup, attendance tracking, invitation management, feedback collection, and reporting.
  • Analyse learning data to identify trends, measure impact, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to the refinement of learning offerings to ensure alignment with organisational goals and employee needs.

About You

  • You will have a minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in a learning or related role, with a strong interest in capability development.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and deliver learning programs, workshops, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and communications, as well as experience managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, coupled with clear and professional communication skills.
