Key Responsibilities:- Deliver supervised and guided self-access support to students
- Support academic management with administrative tasks, including marking, student completions, and assessment moderation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of student experience initiatives
- Work collaboratively with faculty teams to achieve national delivery alignment
- Experience and currency in one or more of the qualifications listed above (Certificate II Workplace Skills, Certificate III/IV Business, Certificate IV/Diploma Marketing & Communication, Diploma of Project Management, Diploma/Advanced of Leadership & Management)
- Relevant Certificate, Degree, or Diploma
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or higher
- Sensitivity to cultural and language issues facing overseas students
